Rosemary water is an excellent rinse for oily, thinning hair (combines well with bay water for this purpose) and makes a good toner for normal to oily skin. It may also be used in creams and lotions for varicose veins and thread veins. Rub into the temples to increase alertness or alleviate stress headaches. Combines well with lavender for headaches. Spray or dab under nose if feeling faint. See also under tinctures and creams. Suitable for children.
Avoid in pregnancy.
