Chamomile tea can be helpful for nausea of pregnancy. Also ginger tincture - just add a couple of drops to water and take three times daily or as required. It is important to eat small regular meals, and always have something to nibble on such as ryvita, oatcakes, fruit. Obviously avoid sugary snacks which will make any blood sugar problems worse.
