Chamomile water has a legion of uses. It can be applied as a lotion or in creams for nappy rash and any inflamed skin condition such as eczema, and psoriasis. It is ideal as a spray for urticaria and may be sprayed over the face during attacks of hayfever. Chamomile makes an excellent soothing toner for use in acne rosacea and vulgaris. It may be added to babies' and childrens' baths to help them sleep and generally calm them down. See also under tinctures, creams and gifts. Suitable for children.
