Bunions

What herbal products can help bring relief?

The herbalist writes ...
A bunion is a bony prominenece on the side of the foot at the base of the big toe. It is often caused by badly fitting shoes, injury or flat feet. If there is tenderness, herbs with an anti-inflammatory action may be taken, such as celery seed, Devils claw and pricky ash. Comfrey, marigold or St John's wort cream or oil may be applied topically. If the condition is severe, surgery can bring great relief.
