Angelica root has a warming and tonifying action on many body systems. It can help to relieve bloating and wind, it is a gentle expectorant, and will gently improve circulation to the hands and feet.
Avoid during pregnancy and lactation. May cause photosensitivity in large doses. May interact with anti-coagulant therapy such as warfarin.
